The Society of Independent Workplace Investigators (“SIWI”), the premier organization for independent, impartial investigators, was founded in 2010. The Society was formed by a group of distinguished investigators and neutrals who are actively engaged in providing their expertise in the area of employment-related matters.

SIWI's objectives are to advance the role, and publicize the value, of independent workplace investigations, as well as to provide education and to serve as a resource for those who conduct, or seek to conduct, independent workplace investigations pursuant to recognized standard practice.
